Día 14
La noticia de este día no es la rutina sino que empecé a probar la nueva rutina la que haré dentro de 10 días, el viernes parto para Asturias y vuelvo el jueves siguiente así que lo mas seguro es que retome el viernes próximo, empezare un nuevo entrenamiento el cual consiste en entrenar 3 veces por semana rotando los ejercicios de tal manera que entre 5 días los entreno 2 veces, también estoy comiendo 5 veces Al día y cuando entreno 6 una media de 3000 calorías y cuando entreno unas 3500.
Mi meta es aumentar de peso y obtener mas fuerza antes que nada.
Antes reempezar pondré fotos medidas y peso de mi cuerpo para ver si hay alguna diferencia y si el esfuerzo y la dedicación valieron para algo.
La nueva rutina esta basada en el libro de Jonatan Pérez un bombero de Ohio el escribió un libro muy pero que muy interesante llamado “De flaco a musculoso” yo le cambiaria el nombre y le pondría la verdadera manera de entrenar ya que todo lo que dice esta perfectamente fundamentado.
